Jesse B. Clement (1842-1914)
Born in Hebron, NY, later lived in Brooklyn, NY.
From an obituary at Find a Grave:
Jesse B Clement a well known paper dealer and President of Clement and Stockwell Co. 50 Beekman St. , New York died Monday from pneumonia at his home 480 St. Marks Ave., Brooklyn. The deceased was a native of Hebron and a brother of Mrs. Daniel Harrington of this villiage." Quoted from the Washington County Post May 26, 1964 (50 years ago Column)
The Clement and Stockwell Co was later known as Bishop Paper. The address might be slightly off; see excerpts from his will, below.
Printing Trade News carried this notice in its May 19, 1914 issue

J B Clement
An obituary, from a newspaper clipping in my archives:
JESSE R. CLEMENT, of the firm of Clement & Stockwell, died May 11 last, leaving $520,851.34 gross and $498,481.33 net. Among the assets are 985 shares of the firm's stock, valued at $78,800. Martha missing, widow, gets $123,298.77; daughter, Annie M. C. Walter, $128,585.78; daughter, Martha Clement, $134,927.78; sister, Rachel P. Harrington, $30,000; nieces and nephews, Alice M. Winslow, Annie Reynolds, Preston M . and Edward D. Harrington , Daniel W. Clement , [[Arthur F. Glines (1856-)]|Arthur] and William C. Glines, $10,000 each, and nephew, Clement D. Harrington, $5,000.
This has some obvious errors, including Jesse's middle initial and his widow's name (he was married twice but not to a Martha that I've found), plus putting "Edward" for "Edwin".

- Clause 12: Here Edwin Duane Harrington (1873-1945)'s first name is given as Edward, so it's not the newspaper clipping above that got it wrong.
